Cooking Lessons (3C10)

$40 per session

Great food has a way of bringing folks together. Plus, learning how to create your own cuisine promotes independence. 

Prerequisites:

• Adults - Age 18 or older (or) 
• Children Age 4.5+ with Adult Guardian

Class Length: 60 Minutes

Resources: Ingredients, Slow Cooker, and Internet access

Students benefit from vast knowledge of healthy cooking in slow cookers, like Crock Pots. They will . . . 

• Meet and Greet Each Other
• Receive Cuisine of the Month Recipes
• Gather and Eat Together

The takeaway assignment is to create the dishes at home. You receive expert training from Executive Chef Will and Sous Chef (In-Training) Pam, plus a delicious meal. 

Visualization Workshop (IHVB4)

$40 per session

We encourage open-minded participation for our students, because we all benefit from motivation, interaction, and focus on the future. 

Prerequisites:

• Adults - Age 18 or older (or) 
• Children Age 4.5+ with Adult Guardian

Class Length: 90 Minutes

Art Therapy Coloring (CMH3)

Coloring is a relaxing and expressive opportunity, to release mental and emotional stress. During our initial session, we meet, greet, and color together.

• Adults - Age 18 or older (or) 
• Children Age 4.5+ with Adult Guardian

Class Length: 90 Minutes

Group Game Night (WGGB4)

Interactive Bible Study (WJH101)

The WORD is not just heard at worship services. We must experience it consistently, to grow and build relationships.  We happily present life lessons from an ecumenical, Christian perspective. Our weekly, Bible study encourages simple understanding and life application.
